Basic rules for using the planned Baakio service.
About the service
Baakio is intended to help businesses record credit purchases, confirmed payments, outstanding balances and payment commitments. Features shown in the prototype are illustrative and may not yet be live. The service is not a bank, lender, payment processor, debt-collection agent or legal adviser.
Accounts and access
When registration becomes available, provide accurate business and login details and keep your credentials secure. Only upload or access records you are permitted to manage. Do not attempt to access another business’s account or customer records.
Financial records and AI review
You are responsible for checking purchases, amounts, payments and customer details before confirming a financial entry. AI can misread handwriting, names, dates and prices. An AI draft is not a confirmed transaction. Do not mark a payment received solely because someone provided a UPI screenshot; check your own receipt records.
Customer information and reminders
Use customer information only for legitimate business purposes and share account summaries only with the intended person. You must review the recipient, balance, promised amount and shop UPI details before sending a WhatsApp reminder. Opening WhatsApp does not mean the message was sent or delivered. Avoid threatening, deceptive or unwanted messages.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the records and images you submit. You must have the necessary permission to record and share customer information. Baakio needs limited permission to process submitted content only to provide the service as described in its privacy notice; final contractual wording must be reviewed before launch.
Availability, changes and fees
The preview is not a promise of uninterrupted service, a launch date, or a specific feature. Any pricing, trial limits or paid terms will be displayed before a paid feature is offered. Do not rely on this prototype as the sole copy of important business records.
Requests, disputes and contact
For account or data requests, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]. The operating entity, service address, applicable law, dispute-resolution process and effective date must be finalized before these terms are used in a live service. Nothing in this draft is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
सेवा के बारे में
Baakio कारोबार को उधार पर की गई खरीद, मिले हुए भुगतान, बाकी रकम और भुगतान के वादे दर्ज करने में मदद करने के लिए बनाया जा रहा है। डेमो में दिखाई सुविधाएँ नमूने हैं और अभी उपलब्ध न भी हों। यह बैंक, ऋणदाता, भुगतान प्रोसेसर, वसूली एजेंट या कानूनी सलाहकार नहीं है।
खाते और पहुँच
रजिस्ट्रेशन उपलब्ध होने पर कारोबार और लॉगिन की सही जानकारी दें तथा अपने लॉगिन विवरण सुरक्षित रखें। केवल वही रिकॉर्ड अपलोड या देखें जिन्हें सँभालने की आपको अनुमति है। दूसरे कारोबार के खाते या ग्राहक रिकॉर्ड खोलने की कोशिश न करें।
वित्तीय रिकॉर्ड और AI की जाँच
वित्तीय एंट्री की पुष्टि से पहले खरीद, रकम, भुगतान और ग्राहक विवरण जाँचना आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है। AI लिखावट, नाम, तारीख और कीमत गलत पढ़ सकता है। AI का ड्राफ्ट पक्की एंट्री नहीं है। केवल UPI स्क्रीनशॉट मिलने पर भुगतान मिला हुआ न मानें; अपने भुगतान रिकॉर्ड जाँचें।
ग्राहक की जानकारी और रिमाइंडर
ग्राहक की जानकारी वैध कारोबारी काम के लिए ही इस्तेमाल करें और खाते का विवरण सही व्यक्ति को ही भेजें। WhatsApp रिमाइंडर भेजने से पहले प्राप्तकर्ता, बाकी रकम, वादा की गई रकम और दुकान का UPI विवरण जाँचें। WhatsApp खुलने का मतलब यह नहीं कि संदेश भेजा या पहुँचाया गया। धमकी भरे, भ्रामक या अवांछित संदेश न भेजें।
आपके रिकॉर्ड
आपके जमा किए रिकॉर्ड और फ़ोटो की ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है। ग्राहक की जानकारी दर्ज और साझा करने की उचित अनुमति आपके पास होनी चाहिए। सेवा देने के लिए Baakio को जमा सामग्री इस्तेमाल करने की सीमित अनुमति चाहिए, जैसा गोपनीयता नीति में बताया जाएगा; अंतिम संविदात्मक भाषा लॉन्च से पहले जँचवाएँ।
उपलब्धता, बदलाव और शुल्क
यह डेमो बिना रुकावट सेवा, लॉन्च की तारीख या किसी विशेष सुविधा का वादा नहीं है। किसी सशुल्क सुविधा से पहले उसकी कीमत, ट्रायल सीमा और भुगतान शर्तें दिखाई जाएँगी। महत्वपूर्ण कारोबारी रिकॉर्ड की एकमात्र कॉपी के रूप में इस डेमो पर निर्भर न रहें।
अनुरोध, विवाद और संपर्क
खाते या डेटा संबंधी अनुरोध के लिए [सहायता ईमेल] पर संपर्क करें। असली सेवा में इन शर्तों का उपयोग करने से पहले संचालक का नाम, पता, लागू कानून, विवाद समाधान की प्रक्रिया और प्रभावी तारीख तय करना ज़रूरी है। इस मसौदे का उद्देश्य ऐसे अधिकार हटाना नहीं है जिन्हें कानूनी रूप से हटाया नहीं जा सकता।
